It understands what a human looks like and tracks you through the whole clip, so you don't need a green screen or special lighting. Pets and objects sometimes work too, but expect softer edges there.

That's usually hardware decoding in OBS. Open the Media Source properties and untick "Use hardware decoding", and make sure you downloaded the transparent WebM, not the green-screen MP4.
