VideoBGNinja ("we", "us") is a free online tool that removes the background from short videos. We designed it to know as little about you as possible.

Your videos

Uploads are deleted immediately after processing. The moment your results are ready, the original file you uploaded is removed from our server.
Results are wiped within 45 minutes. The generated files (transparent WebM, green-screen MP4, alpha matte) exist only long enough for you to download them.
Processing happens on our own hardware. Your video is never sent to a third-party AI service, never watched by a human, and never used to train anything.

What we do collect

Anonymous usage counts. We count page views and tool runs per day. IP addresses are used only to enforce a fair-use limit and for a one-way hashed daily visitor count — the raw address is not stored with your file and cannot be traced back to a video.
No accounts, no profiles. There is nothing to sign up for, so there is no personal data tied to you.

Advertising & cookies

This site is supported by ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to show ads; in the EEA, UK and Switzerland you will first see a consent message where you can accept or manage options. See how Google uses data from partner sites. Apart from advertising cookies, we set no tracking cookies of our own.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Processing your upload happens solely to deliver the result you asked for (performance of the service, Art. 6(1)(b)). The anonymous counters are our legitimate interest in operating the site (Art. 6(1)(f)). Advertising cookies are used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
